Concerning the Handyman Services for the Dorking area and the provision of this website

We gain much pleasure in facilitating the finest services in Dorking and we take the greatest care with all those associated with us. Although complex in nature, our role as the website provider where you the "end-user" are concerned is principally that of a facilitator. In essence, we match a myriad needs to available resources.

Each operator associated with us is an independent contractor. They are expected to operate within strict guidelines designed to protect you the service user in the Dorking area (also covering Epsom, Leatherhead, Ewell. Stoneleigh).  Although the operators run their 'own show', they are part of a much larger organisation that provides a code of best practice covering all areas of work offered within the network. Contractually speaking your arrangement is with the operator whose services you accept here in Dorking. Responsibility and/or liability remains with them, and they are required to have full public liability insurance. You can rest assured that should there ever be a cause for concern or complaint, we offer a full investigation and arbitration service.

Security deposits are refunded (deducted) from the bill for however long you choose to use our services, however it is not refunded if having agreed a time to see a customer they fail to appear. This is fair as it costs us time and money to get there.
